My flight was delayed and I was not able to pick up my order. What should I do?
The airport post office will keep it for up to 7 days from your pickup date if you can go back but we can also have your order forwarded to a different address if it works better. It will, however, take an additional 1 - 2 days to deliver (within the main island) and costs additional shipping fee.
If you need to have it forwarded, please contact us with the following information.
- Your order number (ECJ-...) or Email address you used for your order
- Your accommodation details for the next 2 nights
