I haven't received a confirmation email for my order. Has my order gone through?
When your order successfully went through, you will see the Thank You page confirming we received your order.
If you did not see that web page, it's possible that the transaction (payment) failed for some reason. In that case, please try again. It's advisable that you contact your credit card company or your bank to make sure that international online transactions are allowed. Also, please try with a different device or browser if needed.
FYI, even if the transaction failed, your credit card statement might show the fee deducted but it's most likely to be a temporary charge and will be later refunded.
