How do I receive my order at a residential address?

We typically deliver your order via regular postal service, so it should be waiting in your mailbox when you arrive.

However, if the mailbox isn't large enough to accommodate the package, the postal service will leave you a notice for redelivery and retain your package at their nearest branch.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure to provide us with the correct residential address and the full name of the property owner.
