What's your Cancelation and Refund Policy?

Our cancellation and refund policy is tiered based on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the pickup date:

• Cancel 1 week or more before pickup: Full Refund
• Cancel 6 to 4 days before pickup: 50% Refund
• Cancel less than 4 days before pickup: No Refund
