My SIM isn't working with my Android device, what should I do?

These are the possible solutions from our experience:

  • Turn off 4G / LTE mode (or change “Preferred network type” to 3G (WCDMA) only)
  • In case of a dual SIM device, remove the other SIM and insert only eConnect SIM in the main SIM slot (SIM slot 1).
  • Turn Airplane mode on and off and restart the device
  • Double check that the APN is correctly entered
