My SIM isn't working with my iOS device, what should I do?
Please do the following:
- Double check if the APN profile is successfully installed (Settings > General > Profile)
- Turn Airplane mode on and off
- Reset network settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
If nothing works, please double check that your device is fully unlocked and send us an email at email@example.com with a screenshot of your APN settings and the model of your device.
